2. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of suxess.me and, where applicable, of the Control Room available at dashboard.suxess.me.

SUXESS.ME is a customer-attention and operational-support service for parking companies and operators. It lets them organise incidents and PQRSF requests, assign owners, document actions, keep evidence and track cases.

SUXESS.ME is part of the iPark ecosystem, but it can be contracted and used independently of iPark and of any specific parking-management system.

The features, hours, service levels, integrations and responsibilities that apply to each operator are those set out in its proposal and contract. The commercial information on this site does not replace those agreements.

3. Permitted use

Anyone accessing the site or the Control Room agrees to:

• use it lawfully and in accordance with their company's authorisations;
• keep their credentials confidential;
• not access operators, sites or cases they are not permitted to;
• not enter false, unlawful or unnecessary information;
• not attempt to bypass security measures or alter the case log;
• not copy, exploit or reverse-engineer the service, except where a mandatory rule allows it.

Accounts may be suspended where there is a security risk, unauthorised use or a breach of contract.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, software, components, logos and other contents of SUXESS.ME belong to TECNOLOGIA CAPITAL, S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Accessing them grants no exploitation licence beyond normal use of the contracted service.

Third-party trademarks and products mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, communication incidents or third-party provider outages may occur.

TECNOLOGIA CAPITAL, S.L. is not liable for technical or operational decisions that are the operator's responsibility, for incorrect information entered by users, or for third-party systems outside its control. Specific liabilities are governed by the contract signed with each operator and by applicable mandatory law.

6. External links

The site may link to email, WhatsApp or other third-party services. When opened, the terms and policies of the relevant third party apply.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Andorran law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to mandatory rules and any applicable jurisdiction.
